It was first time to visit Menya Shiki.
I really wanted to visit this shop for a long time.
I ordered【塩支那そば／Salt china soba (780 yen)】with egg topping.
The noodle came. I started eating from the soup.
“Wow, it’s heavenly!!!”
Taste of seafood and chicken was clear, and salt soup was deep.
It’s not too salty to drink but not simple. It’s the best balance.
I choose thin noodle. It is chewy but and mixed well with soup the combination is perfect!
Such as fresh chicken roast and a thick egg was best for topping.
Nota log 3.80 ★★★☆☆! .
After 29-year-old, I became to like simply taste. I’d like to keep eating forever !

先日は守口にある【麺や しき】を初訪問。
念願のご対面である。
注文は【塩支那そば(780円)を濃厚玉子トッピングで。
ほどなくして着丼。まずはスープから。
うっ…うまい…!!!
クリアな塩に魚介や鶏の旨味が凝縮された、深みのある清湯スープ。
塩は辛すぎることなくグビッと飲むことができ、それでいて軽すぎることもない絶妙なバランス。
麺は細麺とちぢれ麺が選べるが、今回は細麺を選択。
やや加水が低く弾力があり、あっさりスープにもよく馴染む。.
新鮮な鶏チャーシューや濃厚な煮卵など、トッピングも非常に優秀。
のたログ3.80★★★☆☆です！.
29歳になってからというもの、あっさりがかなり気になってきた。
細く長く食べ続けられますように！
