Ramen Zikon／3.95 ★★★☆☆

心斎橋【ラーメンZikon】／Ramen Zikon (Shinsaibashi,Osaka)

Visited “Ramen Zikon” in Shinsaibashi. This is the third brand of the famous “Men Ya Zikon” in Konoike Shinden area.

I rushed into the shop 3 minutes before its closing time, 9PM, and ordered the big size “oh! Sore Mi~So Tabete Miso” ramen with extra Cha-shus.

The bowl comes soon, and I was excited for having Miso taste ramen after a long time.

Tried the soup first.

Wow…it’s heavenly!!!

It was rich and mild Miso soup.

This one bowl made the full of Miso-possibility by perfectly blending the sweet-taste soup with tastes of shrimp, crab, and fruits like apple.

The noodles were thin straight type. This less water-added noodles could taste wheat’s flavor, and would definitely go well with this savoy miso soup. The original shop was in my list of shops too far to go.

Nota-log gives it the score of 3.95 ★★★☆☆!

In Shinsai-bashi area, I’d strongly recommend here as one of the best ramen shop!!

鴻池新田の名店【麺や而今】のサードブランド、心斎橋【ラーメンZikon】を訪問。

21時の閉店3分前に何とか滑り込み、4種類の主役級の中から【oh!それみ〜そ食べて味噌】を大盛り＋チャーシュー増で注文。

ほどなくして着丼。久しぶりの味噌に胸が踊る。

まずはスープから。

うっ…うまい…‼︎

まろやかかつ濃厚な味噌スープ。

甘めのスープにはエビカニといった甲殻系をはじめ、りんご？といったフルーツ系の甘味が絶妙にマッチされており、味噌の可能性を最大限に活かした一杯。

麺は細めのストレート麺。加水率若干低めで小麦の食感や味をしっかり堪能することができ、あっさりめの味噌に良く合う良麺だ。

いままで遠くて行けなかった店の一つ。
