麺屋たけ井 阪急梅田店／Menya Takei Hankyu-Umeda Store （Umeda,Osaka）
Yesterday, I visited Kyoto’s famous ra-men store ‘Menya Takei, Hankyu-Umeda Store’ for the first time. It was surprisingly located in the Hankyu-Umeda Station.
If you talk to the station employee “I’m going to eat ra-men” then you can pass to the station without pay the fee.
After waiting for 40 minutes,
I could order ‘Ajidama Tsukemen Big size (1,080 yen)’.
Minutes passed, the ra-men has been delivered to me.
Tried soup first.
Wow… it’s heavenly!!!
Deep rich pork and seafood taste.
The harmony made by rich soup and fresh sourness of grape fruits made hungry guy’s brain filled.
It was very balanced soup with no toughness that could enjoy anytime.
The noodle was extremely thick and straight.
A little of strength, toughness and chewiness was very nice.
I could feel the existence of the noodle in the rich and deep soup.
400g of ra-men was too full to eat though, I ate all with ease. Delightful!

梅田【麺屋たけ井 阪急梅田店】
先日は阪急梅田駅構内というびっくり立地に出来た
京都の超名店【麺屋たけ井 阪急梅田店】を初訪問。
ちなみに「ラーメン食べに行きます」と言えば構内への入場はスルーである。
待つこと40分、【味玉つけ麺大(1,080円)】を注文。
ほどなくして着丼。まずはスープから。
うっ…うまい…!!!
濃厚な豚骨魚介。
濃いスープとゆずの爽やかな酸味が奏でるハーモニーは空腹者の脳内を満たしてくれる。
しつこさもなく、どんな気分でも満足できるバランス型スープである。
麺は極太の全粒粉ストレート。
強め堅めでコシがあり、モチモチして美味。
スープに負けない存在感を発揮。
さすがに400gは腹一杯で気持ち悪いが、サラッと完食。
ごちそうさまでした。
