高槻【あす流(あすりゅう)】/Asu Ryu (Takatsuki,Osaka)

The other day, I had a lunch at Asu Ryu, a famous ramen shop in Takatsuki.
I didn’t have enough time to get in a 5 or more people’s line, but there were only 2 people when I looked inside! What a chance! Immediately ordered the “Sio Ramen -730yen” and “Cha-shu bowl,” and the half-a-year-no-see one has come.
Tried the brilliant gold soup first.
Wow…it’s heavenly!!!
It was savoy chicken-based salty soup, yet it had certain richness which was shocking I thought I’d almost be unable to stand up. My sense and taste for Sio ramen has collapsed very noisily. Refreshing, mild, and tender. I could also tell from its clear looking, it is not too much to say it has Tsubasa Honda-level of heal in the ramen industry. The noodles were middle thin straight type, well water-added, unbearably chewy, and picks up the soup very well.
I finished up the bowls in a hurry.

This one was lovably savoy and tender that even I, the thick and rich soup with al dente noodles lover, would just love. Don’t miss it!

先日は高槻の名店【あす流】でランチ。
時間の都合で待ち列5人以上は無理だ…と覗いたところ、なんと2人待ち!チャンス!
【塩ラーメン(730円)】と【叉焼丼】をすぐさま注文し、実に半年ぶりのご対面である一杯が着丼。
まずは黄金に輝くスープから。
うっ…うまい…‼︎
鶏ガラを核とした、あっさりした塩スープ。
腰が砕けるほどしっかりしたコクがあり、自分の中の塩ラーメンに対する価値観はガラガラと音を立てて崩れていく。淡麗ながらもまろやかで口当たりが優しく、透明感のある見た目からも、ラーメン界の本田翼と言っても過言ではない癒しレベル。
麺は中細の多加水ストレート麺。
スープとの絡みがよいプリプリ麺で、弾力のある食感がたまらない。
急いで完食完飲。ごちそうさまでした。
