西中島南方【大杉製麺】/Oosugiseimen (Nishinakajimaminamigata,Osaka)

So I visited Oosugiseimen in Minamikata, Osaka, where it's lately called as the Silicon Valley of the Kansai area's ramen business, because of the area’s new ramen shops' rapid increase.
My absolute order was the ‘Tori × Tori Rich Ramen -750yen.’
I’ve been warming up my tongue for this bowl of noodle the whole morning today.
Shortly after, here comes my thick-looking-and-favorite-ish one.
Tried the soup first.
Wow…it’s heavenly!!!
The extreme heaviness of the soup just threatened my well warmed up tongue at a single stroke.
No rich soup lover could ever resist this one that’s full of the chicken essence extracted by stewing chicken bones and feet, and a few kinds of veges for 12 hours with no MSG added. Definitely, non-resistant, like as for the girls who love the Getsu-9 tv shows would praise Sota Fukushi in his swim pants. Anyway, the noodle was homemade, wrinkled, flat and middle-thick. Very chewy, which is another favorite-ish impression for me.
Couldn’t let go of a bowl of rice from my left hand, this ramen was very reminiscent of the Ichijo-ji, ‘Gokkei’s ramen.

I am thankful to see this extremely rich and thick chicken soup.
Great value for the price as that fits for this ramen mecca. I’ll come again for sure!
西中島南方【大杉製麺】
著しい新店ラッシュにより関西ラーメン界のシリコンバレーと囁かれている南方の【大杉製麺】を訪問。
注文はもちろん【鶏×鶏 濃厚らーめん(750円)】一択。
今日は午前中からこのために舌を準備運動させてきた。
ほどなくして高粘度で筆者好みの代物が着丼。
まずはスープから。
うっ…うまい…!!!
準備万端の舌を一挙に脅かすドロドロ感。
無化調で鶏ガラとモミジと数種類の野菜を12時間以上炊き上げ、鶏の旨味を余すことなく抽出したコッテリ感は、濃厚好きにはたまらない展開。月9好き女子が福士蒼汰の水泳水着姿を拝むぐらいに、たまらない展開である。
麺は自家製の中太平打ち縮れ麺。
強目のモチモチした弾力が印象的でこれまた筆者好み。
左手からご飯が手放せない、一乗寺の極鶏を彷彿とさせる一杯。馳走様でした。
