JUNK STORY／JUNK STORY （Tanimachi 9-chome,Osaka）

The other day I visited, after a long time, the [JUNK STORY] of tanimachi kyuchome.

It is a widely-known restaurant. I ordered [Tokimeki of salt (¥ 1,183)].

While adding the words as "please eat Torinotataki as soon as possible because it is easy to cool down", soon they brought me my order. And I tasted it from the soup.

Wow…　it’s heavenly!!!

Soup of chicken has been condensed, it is broth with a sense of transparency.

With a nice and light taste, it has also taste such as seafood. And the aftertaste is strong and pleasant.

Noodles is of moderate thickness and straight, which contains a lot of water.

It does not impair the impression of soup and plays a perfect supporting role. And the Toritataki has modestly rare sense of deliciousness. The restaurant is famous for a reason. I felt very excited

There are lots of different restaurants, but I feel very grateful of this one.

谷町九丁目【JUNK STORY】

先日は谷町九丁目の【JUNK STORY】を久々に訪問。

言わずもがなの名店である。

今回の注文は【塩のトキメキ(1,183円)】。

「鶏のたたきは熱が通りやすいのでお早めにお召し上がり下さい」と一言付け加えながら、ほどなくして着丼。まずはスープから。

うっ…うまい…!!!

鶏の出汁が凝縮された、透明感のある清湯スープ。

クリアな飲み口ながらも魚介等の旨味も感じられ、ふくよかでコクのあるしっかりした後味。

麺は若干多加水の中太ストレート。

適度なモチモチ感でスープの印象を損なわせない、

一流の脇役である。そして鶏のたたきがほどよいレア感で超絶美味。

やはり名店は名店。めっちゃトキメキました。

ここからあらゆる名店が輩出されており、とても足を向けて寝られない。
