The other day I visited Ebisu-cho. The restaurant ‘Dry miso meat buckwheat Hirudora’

Opened a year ago, it is a well known store of junk story style.

I ordered [dry miso meat buckwheat (800 yen)] the Ajidama topping.

Spicy is up to level 6, and I choose the standard level of 2. It took no time that the order arrived.

I tired firstly from the soup.

Wow…　it’s heavenly!!!

Miso soup is special with moderate sweet flavor of fruit.

Spicy is a feeling that comes with a delay of two seconds, level 2, a little bit spicy.

There are 2 kinds of barbecued pork and green onion, which includes rich elements.

Noodles is of moderate thickness and straight, which contains a lot of water. It has glutinous feel in the mouth, which makes you feel that it is the best. From beginning to end, I am fascinated by the moderate spiciness. I didn’t realize until I ate it up completely. Thank you for the meal.

恵美須町【辛口ガチ味噌肉ソバ ひるドラ 本店】

先日は休日で恵美須町【辛口ガチ味噌肉ソバ ひるドラ 本店】へふらっと訪問。

1年前にオープンした、ジャンクストーリー派生の名店である。

汗だくで注文したのは【辛口ガチ味噌肉ソバ(800円)】を味玉トッピング。

辛さはレベル6まであるが、スタンダードのレベル2に設定。

ほどなくして着丼。まずはスープから。

うっ…うまい…!!!

ドロッとした味噌スープはコクとほどよいフルーツ系の甘さが特徴的。

辛さは2秒遅れてくる感じで、レベル2でもまあまあ辛い。

2種類のチャーシューやネギのシャキシャキ感、トロッと味玉など楽しめる要素が豊富に含まれ、そこらの昼のドラマよりもストーリー性が感じられる。でも「ひるドラ」のドラはドラマじゃなくてドラゴンらしい。

麺は中太ストレートの多加水麺。モチモチした食感で、ドロドロスープとの絡み具合は牡丹と薔薇を彷彿とさせる。

適度な辛さに終始魅了され、気づけば完飲完食。ごちそうさまでした。
