第一旭たかばし本店／Daiikku Takabashi Honten （Kyoto,Kyoto）

I went to Daiikku Takabashi Honten for the last part of my trip in Kyoto.

As you know, it is a historical well-established store.

I noted Ramen (700 yen) for the first time in more than 15 years.

The noodle came at my table soon. I started eating with soup.

“Wow, it’s heavenly!!!”

The taste of soy sauce base soup taste is clear but rich in flavor.

The taste of standard soy sauce reminded me of old Japanese style.

I cannot imagine that this shop was founded more than 50 years ago.

It surprised me like Disneyland Space Mountain is the surprise of about had been open to before more than 35 years. I love straight noodles because it mixed with soup well. The taste is always great.

I’m happy to meet this shop again. It seems like to save old good Kyoto!

I can say “this is japanese noodle” for the foreigner!

I will be back within 15 years!

第一旭たかばし本店

京都散策の締めは【第一旭たかばし本店】へ。

ご存知の通り、歴史的名店である。

15年以上ぶりに注目したのはデフォの【ラーメン(700円)】。

かなーり並んだのちに着丼。まずはスープから。

うっ…うまい…!!!

あっさりだかコクとキレのある醤油ベース。

やや臭みがあり、どこか懐かしさも感じさせるスタンダード醤油はかなりの完成度。

これが50年以上前に創業したなんて想像もつかない。

ディズニーランドのスペースマウンテンが35年以上前にオープンしていたぐらいの驚きである。

低加水で中細のストレート麺はスープの持ち上げも良く、かなり筆者好み。

スープと共にこちらも安定感のある味わいである。.

京都の平和を守る名店との再会に乾杯。

インバウンドに対してthis is japanese noodleと言っても恥ずかしくない一杯。

また15年以内に来ます！
