ラーメンZikon／Ramen Zikon （Shinsaibashi,Osaka）
The other day, I visited the ramen Zikon at lunch after a long time.
Because I loved Ginza these days, I couldn’t come this place for a long time.
I order the 【天然塩の特上あさりそば／Tennenshio no Tokujou Asarisoba (1,000 yen)】.
The noodle same at my table with few minutes.
It was not clear soup but white one. At first, I tasted soup…
“Wow, it’s heavenly!!!”
Salt soup was rich in favor and slightly thickened.
Also the taste of Asari was clear !
The taste of salt is strange, so the person who like deep soup can be satisfied.
The straight medium noodles have food flavor of wheat. When I taste the noodle it was good crispiness.
The thick pork in the soup is great as well.. Thank you for the meal. Nota log is 3.80 ★★★☆☆! .
There are also nice curry and soy soup noodle,
so I want to eat them as well. I will come again!
It is the one which I recommend in Shinsaibashi area!

先日はランチで【ラーメンZikon】を久々に訪問。
座銀にハマりすぎて近いのに来れておらず、反省。
ややこしい券売機で【天然塩の特上あさりそば(1,000円)】を注文。
透明ではなく白濁した塩がほどなくして着丼。まずはスープから。.
うっ…うまい…!!!
濃厚な類いの塩スープは若干トロみがあり、動物系の中にあさりがスッと抜けていく。
塩分は強めでこってり派でも満足できる、個人的には大好きな塩だ。
麺は中細のストレート。加水低めで小麦の芳醇な香り。プツンとする食感がまた堪らない。.
分厚めでトロットロのチャーシューも自分好みで大満足。
ごちそうさまでした。
