座銀／Zagin （Higobashi,Osaka）
I went to the zagin which is located near Higobashi station.
It looks like a lodge. The interior is beautiful.
The BGM which is performed by shamisen was great and make Japanese atmosphere.
With a few second, 【鶏soba ／Tori soba with egg (800yen)】 was arrived.
Start eating from soup
“Wow, it’s heavenly!!!”
It was easy to eat. And soup was creamy chicken base.
You can taste not only soup but also smells!
The noodle is slim and it really much the soup.
I can say it is perfect collaboration!! I haven’t eaten such a perfect combination!
The interior, exterior, ramen, service, all of them are perfect!
The topping like burdock root and char siu(roasted pork fillet) is great!!
Nota log 4.40★★★★☆!
Zagin was the second most delicious restaurant.
If I say a word, Zagin is the best ramen show when I want to go with my girlfriend!
肥後橋【座銀】
肥後橋すぐの【座銀】を初訪問。
料亭のような店づくりで内装も本物志向。
BGMは三味線で和テイストを全面に醸し出している。
間も無くして【鶏soba(800円)】の大盛り＋薫製玉子が着丼。
まずはスープから。
うっ…うまい…!!!
口当たりの良い、濃厚なポタージュ系の鶏白湯。
鶏の旨味が溢れるクリーミーな舌触りで香りもよく、疲れた身体を癒してくれる。
麺はチュルチュルっとした低加水気味の平打ち中細麺。
スープに合わせた自家製とのことで、一体感が凄い。
これほどまでスープとの相性が良い麺は今までで一番である。
店内外やMDのビジュアル、商品の完成度、接客サービス、どれを取っても一級品。
トッピングのごぼうや鶏チャーシューも美味。

無鉄砲に次ぐ第2位にランクインした座銀。
一言で言うなら「自分が女性なら連れて行ってもらいたいラーメン屋第1位」である。
超オススメ！
