The most popular trend in the world of ramen in 2015 is Taiwan mixed soba.

I visited 【Nagoya Menya hanabi's shister shop 】 at kitashinchi.

I ordered 【台湾まぜそば(大盛り)／Taiwan Mazesoba big size】.

It is the original Taiwan mazesoba.

There are green onion, nira, dried laver seaweed, ground meat, egg and fish flour. It’s the basic one. Stir it and taste it.

“Wow, it’s heavenly!!!”

The taste is salty-sweet!

All the material are combine with soup.

The pork and beef are delicious!!!

The noodle is big. And it’s filling! Of course the combination of soup and material is perfect!

I dropped rice on soup, it’s also tasty!

It’s little bit spicy but if you like inspissate noodle, you must be holic!

北新地【麺やつばき】

ラーメン界における2015年最大のトレンドキーワードの一つ、台湾まぜそば。

その元祖である名古屋【麺屋はなび】の姉妹店を来訪するため、北新地へ。

注文したのはもちろん【台湾まぜそば(大盛り)】。

刻み葱・ニラ・海苔・挽き肉・魚粉・卵黄という、スタンダード台湾まぜそばとして寸分の狂いも辞さないトッピング。まずはシンプルに混ぜてから。

うっ…うまい…!!!

甘辛さが特徴的なまろやかな口当たり。

全ての具材と卵黄・出汁がねっとり絡み合い、濃厚さを演出。

ゴロッとした牛と豚の合挽きも旨味が凄く、まさに旨味を旨味で閉じ込めた宝箱や〜的な存在である。

麺は全粒粉の平打ち太縮れ麺。

インパクトのある見た目とは裏腹に表面は滑らかで、もっちりして食べ応えも抜群。

もちろん具材との相性は完璧だ。

残った出汁に追い飯をして完食。ご馳走様でした！
