麺香房 三く/menkobo sanku (Fukushima,Osaka)

I went to Fukushima menkobo sanku again.
It was raining and I thought the restaurant might be not crowded,
but it turned out to be the opposite and I had waited for about 40 minutes.
I ordered 【全粒粉つけめん(880円)/Zenryuhun tsukemen 880 Yen】 with Negitoro bowl.
My order came after 15 minutes. I started from tasting the dipping source.
“Wow, it’s heavenly!!!”
Although the soup has fishery base, it doesn’t smell fishy at all and it has a very delicate taste.
Although the taste doesn’t seem particularly distinctive, there is a good balance between these ingredients.
There is a great compatibility between leaf of beefsteak plant and thickness of the soup.
The noodle is thick and straight, and it is likely that you may mistake it as Wudong.
The noodle is very chewy and it has a good palate feeling.
There is also a lot of soft roast pork in the dipping soup, which itself is pretty delicious.
Even though it was a raining day, the waiter sent me off out the restaurant without holding an umbrella, from whom I’d like to learn of his attitude. Nota log 4.13★★★★☆!
I felt touched by this delicate Zenryuhun.
And I have an increasingly great impression on the Fukushima ramen recently, which makes me feel like to move to Fukushima.

福島【麺香房 三く】を再訪。
雨のため空いてる!と思いきや結局40分待ち。
注文は【全粒粉つけめん(880円)】をネギトロごはんセットで。
極太つけ麺のため15分ほど待ち着丼。まずはつけ汁から。
うっ…うまい…!!!
魚粉の効いた魚介ベースは臭みがなく繊細な味わい。
ガツンとインパクトはないが確実に仕事をこなしてくるバランス感で、濃厚さとシソの葉の関係性が丁度いい。麺は文字通り全粒粉の極太ストレート麺。
うどん?と思うほどに太い麺はコシが強く、相当食べ応えあり。
つけ汁の中にはプリプリの角チャーシューがゴロゴロ。
適度な脂身で柔らかく、これだけでも食べる価値あり。
雨の日でも傘を差さずに店の外までお見送りをしてくれる接客の鬼。見習いたい。
