らーめん 弥七／Ramen Yashichi （Nakatsu,Osaka)

I visited Ramen Yashichi at Nakatsu.

It was convenience that the numbered ticket system was adopted because of its popularity.

After taking the ticket,

I walked around for about 30 minutes and went into the shop.

Ordering a middle serving of Tsukemen(950yen), it came in little time.

First, I ate soup. “Wow, it’s heavenly!!!”

The viscosity of seafood & Pai-tan soup is a little low. Its seafood taste is effective, but chicken taste steps forward.

The fine strips of raw cibol and char siu chicken (Chinese-style barbecued chicken) roasted on a frying pan are excellent after they dip into the soup.

The homemade noodle is so springy, shiny, and high quality that we are enough on its own to taste.

From 10 years ago, Ramen Yashichi probably lifts up its level well.

I was deeply moved by the sourish and firm soup.

I strongly recommend the tsukemen because of my personal feeling that it was more delicious than the ramen.

I will order only tsukemen here through my life!!

中津【らーめん弥七】

中津の【らーめん弥七】を訪問。ここはかなりの人気店のため、整理券方式を採用しているから便利だ。整理券を取り、30分ほど近隣をぶらぶらして入店。注文は【つけ麺:中盛(950円)】。ほどなくして着丼。まずはスープから。

うっ…うまい…!!!

ラーメンとはまた違う、粘度はやや低めの魚介×鶏白湯。魚介も効いているが鶏が全面に押し出されている。ファサッと乗った白髪ネギとフライパンで香ばしく焼いた鶏チャーシューをスープにくぐらせて食べるとなお絶品である。麺は弾力のあるツヤツヤ自家製中太麺。麺だけで完食してしまうほどの完成度で、恐らく初訪問した約10年前からはかなりレベルアップしている。

甘めスープのラーメンと比べ、酸味があり引き締まったスープに感涙。ごちそうさまでした。

個人的にはラーメンより絶対つけ麺。これからは絶対つけ麺しか食いません。オススメです！
